Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup soy milk
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1.75 oz natural hazelnut or nut butter
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Using a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust, adding more dates or nuts if needed.
  2. Pour into a popsicle mold, add the sticks and freeze until solid (normally, a minimum of 6 hours).
  3. Release the popsicles and serve.
