Blueberries Popsicle

  • 5.25 oz fresh/frozen blueberries
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 3.5 fl oz coconut cream or other nut milk
  • 1.75 fl oz water

Instructions

  1. With respect to each popsicle flavor- using a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour into a popsicle mold, add the sticks and freeze until solid (normally, a minimum of 6 hours).

  3. Release the popsicles and eat with pride.

Notes

  • To easily release the popsicles from the mold, fill your kitchen sink with room temperature water, and place it inside for a few seconds. Make sure the water does not go above the top of the mold.
